Every person carries stories worth telling. Join our Storytelling Lab and learn how to turn your own experiences into stories with structure, feeling, and meaning — and try it out live.

You'll get simple storytelling tools, find your own story, and share it — first with one person, then in a small group. Speaking in front of everyone is entirely optional, never required.

What to expect:

A short theory input — what makes a story work

Hands-on practice — finding your own story

Story Exchange — telling and listening, in pairs and small groups

Reflection — what you'll take home with you

Format:2 hours | theory + practice + sharing

Group size: 10–25 participants

Who it's for: anyone who wants to learn how to tell their story — no experience needed

Date & time: 13.09 | 15:30
