01 / Discovering Challenges
Participants identified real challenges from their work, studies, and everyday lives. Through guided discussions and collaborative activities, they defined concrete problems worth solving and explored who is affected and why the challenge matters.
02 / Creative Solutions
Working in teams, participants used the Double Diamond innovation method to generate, refine, and select ideas. Together, they turned real challenges into practical solutions.
03 / Sharing Solutions
Participants pitched their solutions, received feedback, and reflected on each other's approaches. The session sparked conversations about innovation, collaboration, communication, and how small ideas can create meaningful change in workplaces, communities, and everyday life.
